Inter House Declamation Competition 2025-26

INNOVATIVE PUBLIC SCHOOL, BORAWADE

The English Inter House Declamation Competition was held in the school on 12^th December 2026. The event aimed to enhance student’s oratory skills, promote self-confidence, and encourage public speaking in the English language.

This non-competitive platform encouraged students to choose and deliver inspiring speeches by influential leaders, writers, and public figures, focusing on personal growth, confidence-building, and appreciation for the power of spoken words.

Grades 5 to 9 students participated enthusiastically in the event. Each speaker selected a well-known speech and worked to understand and convey its original tone, message, and emotional impact.

The competition was conducted in Senior & Junior group. One student from every house participated enthusiastically.

The competition  Day was a fulfilling and enriching experience for everyone involved. It succeeded in promoting language appreciation, empathy, and the value of free expression. The event demonstrated that when students are given a voice, they can inspire, influence, and bring new perspectives to timeless messages.

The winners are as follows:

Junior group

1^st position – Miss. Mahi Barkund    (Shivaji House)

2^nd position -   Master. Akhilesh Jawale    (Pratap House)

3^rd position - Miss. Dnyanada Gunjal      (Tilak House)

 Senior group

1^st position – Miss. Shriya Gunjalv   (Pratap House)

2nd position -   Master. Rigved Bakan    (Shivaji House)

3^rd position - Master. Rayaba Patil    (Tilak House)

All the participants were highly appreciated by our distinguished principal Bhosale madam. Moreover the winners were given a certificate and a trophy as a token of appreciation. Overall, it has been an insightful event for all.
