INTER – HOUSE DEBATE COMPETITION 2025-26
Innovative public school, Borawade held its highly anticipated Inter-House Debate Competition for classes V – X on 17th September 2025. The event showcased the impressive talents of our students as they engaged in thought-provoking debates on pertinent topics.
The competition aimed to foster critical thinking, public speaking skills, and teamwork among our students. The competition involved active participation from four houses within the school: Shivaji, Pratap, Ashoka and Tilak.
Each house was represented by three members, one in favour of the motion and another against.
The competition was conducted in Sr. group and Jr. group category. From Jr. group Tilak house and Ashoka house were the finalist. They debated on the topic ‘Information from the internet is more harmful than good’. From Sr. group Tilak house and Shivaji house were the finalist and they debated on the topic ‘Only the Indian value system is relevant to achieve global peace’.

It was a great learning experience for the students. The event provided a great opportunity for our students to showcase their public speaking and debating skills, to put forward their opinion and prove that they are confident orators.
